Did you know, buyers in 2007 and in the begining of 2008 there investment has dropped by 20,30,40, and up to 50 thousand dollars, don't let the agent you choose do this to you. The agent you choose must have a vision. Whether you are a first time buyer or looking for your dream home or an invester, the return on your investment must be a 10% return in the first 2 to 3 years and 3 to 5 % every year after that.If the agent you talk to does not have this vision keep on looking. REMEMBER folks more people make money in real estate in these times then any other.
